7. Educational Qualifications
Finance Posts: CA/CMA or equivalent (assumed)
HRM Posts: Bachelor’s + Postgraduate in HRM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (Law degree desirable)
Rajbhasha Posts: Master’s in Hindi (with English or vice versa)
Business Development & Marketing: B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization desirable)
Civil Posts: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Technical Posts: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in relevant disciplines
General Requirement: 60% marks (UR/OBC/EWS), 55% (SC/ST); not applicable for CA/CMA.
